6. Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana)
Bridge Pose stretches the chest, neck, and spine while strengthening the back, buttocks, and hamstrings. Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Press your feet and arms into the ground as you lift your hips towards the ceiling.
This pose is particularly beneficial for those who spend long hours sitting. It alleviates stress, anxiety, and fatigue, and also stimulates the lungs, thyroid glands, and abdominal organs.
